Linden Homes, Galliford Try’s housebuilding division, has specified EN 54 compliant WES+ fire alarm system on its timber frame development in Ponteland, Newcastle.
The four story development comprises 18 apartments, with Linden Homes specifying both WES+ manual call points and automatic heat detectors. WES+ manual call points can be triggered by any personnel on site from any call point. The automatic heat detectors provide protection when the site is vacated, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
