A new app has been introduced by water management specialist Grohe to provide homeowners will full control over their home water system.
The new GROHE Sense App sits at the heart of the GROHE Sense water management system – enabling users to monitor and control their household water system from anywhere, and at any time.
In case of an emergency such as a detected leak or burst pipe in the home, a notification is sent to the user’s smartphone. When using the water controller GROHE Sense Guard which is installed on the mains water pipe of the home, the water supply can be automatically turned off with just one tap of a button using the app.
It also offers transparency on water consumption providing an overview of water costs. This not only ensures full control of the valuable resource of water, but also offers the opportunity to adapt user patterns to use water more consciously.
Grohe introduces SmartControl bundle
The new GROHE Sense App also offers an overview of devices and the current status on the home screen: on a single screen users will find an overview of all GROHE Sense water security devices, the current status, measured data, water consumption and all warnings. Multiple rooms and multiple houses can also be monitored.
