Redrow Homes East Midlands has acquired a 58-acre brown-field site for the construction of a brand-new garden village in Newton.
The unique Newton Garden Village marks yet another milestone for the division as it launches the first development of its kind in the region, continuing its success and growth across the East Midlands.
Following approval to transform the former RAF Newton site into 528 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, Redrow’s aspirational new development will bring an entirely new way of living to Newton, encompassing plenty of green open space, stylish homes and strong sense of community.
