Avant Homes has purchased 25-acres of land in the Nottinghamshire village of Awsworth where it plans to deliver a £58m development of 250 homes.
The development will offer a mixture of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties across 15 of Avant Homes’ contemporary house designs. Properties will range from a two-bedroom mid-terrace house to a five-bedroom detached property. Of the 250 homes planned, 20% will be designated to affordable housing.

Subject to planning approval, construction will commence in November with the first homes set to be launched for sale in early 2023.
