In-house ‘Gold’ award won by Millwood Designer Homes, with 100% of customers happy to recommend the homebuilder to a friend.
Kent-based Millwood Designer Homes, has achieved the highest overall score, amongst 51 top housebuilders and developers across the UK, in an independent national survey of new home buyers carried out by company In-house Research Ltd, for 2018.
The annual scores, released in mid-March, revealed Millwood ranked highly in every category in the survey, including regularly updating customers and on the condition and readiness of new homes.
Notably, 100% of customers would be happy to recommend the homebuilder to a friend. The rankings are based on the results of extensive telephone surveys, in which individual customers, who were contacted, gave feedback about their buying experience.
Nick Stonley, Managing Director of Millwood Designer Homes, commented: “This is a fantastic set of results, which everyone at Millwood is extremely proud of. Customer service is of the utmost importance to our business and it is wonderful that the team’s hard work and efforts have been rewarded. We are delighted to be recognised in this independent national survey, against many of the top developers and housebuilders, and receive such wonderful praise directly from our customers. We plan on keeping up the good effort, in order to maintain these excellent results next year!”
Tom Weston, Chief Operating Officer of In-house Research Ltd, commented: “Customer service in the UK has been falling in the last few years, and house building has certainly not escaped this trend. It’s therefore very reassuring to see the results that Millwood has achieved and shows that they are putting customer service at the forefront of their business. They absolutely deserve the ‘In-house Gold Award’ for 2019.”
Millwood’s portfolio currently includes developments across the Home Counties including Windsor Meadow in Marden, Polo Field in Canterbury and Cherry Tree Lane in Ewhurst, Surrey. Forthcoming sites due to launch later this year include Coppice End in Crowborough and The Glebe in Storrington, Sussex.
