The award is based on customer satisfaction surveys conducted by the NHBC (National House Building Council) on behalf of the HBF (Home Builders Federation).

“We’re absolutely delighted to have been recognised yet again by our customers and are thrilled to be accredited with this award for the third year in succession. It’s a superb achievement, of which we can all be extremely proud,” said William Davis Homes, Managing Director, Guy Higgins.

The award results showed that William Davis Homes achieved a 96.7% overall score of people saying they would definitely recommend the housebuilder to a friend.

James Wilson, Managing Director at Davidsons Homes, said: “We are exceptionally proud to have earned the HBF five-star award once again. To have achieved this recognition for the sixth time is a great accomplishment, especially when considering the growth of the company, particularly over the past twelve months. This is an achievement that could not have been reached without such a great team behind us. It’s not only the people at Davidsons Homes who all put 100 per cent commitment and dedication into delivering a five-star service, but also our many contractors and suppliers; this award absolutely represents the great efforts of the whole team.”
