A new housing development in Ashby de la Zouch is nearly sold out with just two homes now remaining for sale.
Ashberry Homes is delivering 131 new homes at its Broadleaf development off Moira Road, a collection of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
The final homes for sale are four-bedroom detached houses, including the Wykeham showhome.
Heidi Higgins, Sales Manager for Ashberry Homes East Midlands, said: “Broadleaf is a popular development that has attracted a wide range of people, from first-time buyers and young professionals to families and downsizers.
“Buyers have been attracted to the peaceful location of Ashby de la Zouch in the heart of the National Forest, as well as the wealth of open space at the development, including two lagoons and a children’s play area.
“The modern design of the homes at Broadleaf has been another big draw, with residents enjoying open-plan living spaces, spacious private gardens and allocated parking or garages.”
Construction work at Broadleaf started in 2017 and is scheduled to be completed in September when the final residents will move in.
Heidi added: “Additionally, Broadleaf is delivering a range of much-needed starter homes to help first-time buyers and young professionals purchase a new home in a sought-after area.”
