Joseph Homes, a developer of residentially led-mixed use schemes in London, has appointed Michael Bryn-Jones as Managing Director.
Bringing over 30 years’ experience in residential development, Michael has worked at St George, Medici Development Services and City Lofts Group. He originally joined St George in 1994 as a junior member of staff for the Land team and progressed to Group Managing Director.
Discussing the philosophy that underpins the Joseph Homes approach, Michael said: “The spirit of exploring new ideas, experimenting with new techniques and pushing industry norms is something I really identify with. Developments in progress include The Tramyard in Balham and No 1 Millbrook Park in Mill Hill. Launching in early 2019 it will provide 144 new homes, comprising of 111 one- and two-bedroom contemporary apartments, and 33 three and four-bedroom townhouses.
