Isover UK has launched a new campaign – The Sound Good Factor – to support housebuilders in creating homes with superior acoustic properties.
The sound-focused campaign has been developed to raise further awareness of the benefits that housebuilders and their customers can reap from building properties that perform beyond current acoustic regulations. It was launched alongside a dedicated online information hub, which offers insight, resources and advice on the advantage of using the company’s high-performance acoustic insulation products.
As part of the The Sound Good Factor, Isover has rolled-out several new digital services. The online tool, dBstation, allows housebuilders and specifiers to choose the most suitable acoustic insulation for their projects. The mobile-friendly application gives users the ability to hear as well as see the difference in noise transference delivered by different types of insulation and partition wall solutions.
In addition, iSelector, the company’s new iPhone app has also been launched to make the specification process for projects simpler. It has also developed the capability to host downloadable technical information and tools such as BIM files via its new web-portal, iHub.
Órla Whelan, Marketing Director, Isover UK commented: “The Sound Good Factor highlights the sounds associated with modern daily life and how Isover products help maximise acoustic comfort, transforming houses in Britain into homes of comfort and happiness as well as providing housebuilders with a competitive edge.
“Our range of mineral wool acoustic insulation is made to be at the perfect density for dampening sound and reducing its transfer between people’s walls, floors and ceilings. Isover’s boosted digital offering and will also ensure that their customers understand the full benefits of using Isover solutions.”
