Gibbs & Dandy partnership wins customer service award

Builders’ merchant Gibbs & Dandy is celebrating after winning an industry award for its partnership with Build Aviator.

The company picked up the award for Best Customer Service of the Year at the Builders Merchant Awards. The Build Aviator services are designed to make building projects simpler, faster, more cost-effective and compliant.

The Build Aviator SAP Assessment service uses an integrated product library with thousands of specified products that are commercially-validated and all in stock. It enables developers to make early decisions on product specification and helps them to be confident they will be compliant with building regulations. This is then connected to an Estimating Service enabling builders to accurately forecast project costs and schedules.

Earlier this year, the Build Aviator service was also praised by Gibbs & Dandy customer Fairfield Homes, after it played a role in securing the luxury housebuilder’s Single Unit Development of the Year title at the LABC Warranty Brick Awards.
