Devonshire Homes have opened the sales office at their new development at Pilton, opposite the North Devon District hospital on the edge of Barnstaple. Known as Westaway Reach, the scheme will have 42 two, three and four bedroomed houses.
The company’s Sales and Marketing Director Jane Pearce said: “We have had a lot of interest in our plans for Westaway Reach. The location has all the benefits of a small town but is only a short walk across the Pilton Causeway to Barnstaple and at the same time is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a short distance from the coastline.”
Of the 42 units, 15 are either low cost or for housing association clients with the remaining 27 made up of four three bedroom houses, nine larger three bedroom detached houses and 14 four bedroom detached homes. The majority of the detached houses benefit from double garages and the semi detached from single garages.
The first owners are expected to be able to move in to their new homes in early summer this year.
