All 34 of the two, three and four bedroom homes constructed by Devonshire Homes in Bampton have been sold.
The homes have been constructed in the grounds of the former Bampton Primary School and lie adjacent to the new School.
Bampton has proved a popular location for Devonshire Homes as Meadow View is the third development over recent years. Previous developments were at Scotts and Ashleigh Park.
“From the outset, there has been keen interest in the properties at Meadow View,” said Jane Pearce, Sales and Marketing Director of Devonshire Homes. “This has been borne out by all the homes being sold so quickly. Purchasers appreciated its setting and the different types of property on offer meant there really was something for everyone.”
As the sales office at Meadow View closes its doors so the Devonshire Homes other developments are starting construction and the company are taking expressions of interest. These include schemes at Cullompton, Chulmleigh and Pilton near Barnstaple. Others, at Bovey Tracey and Crediton will follow in the next few months.
