Crest Nicholson to provide 411 new homes on the western bank of the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal through an £85m project.
Developer Crest Nicholson has announced the launch of The Waterfront at Gloucester Quays. Located in a prime position on the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal, the £85m project will comprise of 362 one- and two-bedroom apartments along with 49 two- and three-bedroom houses upon completion.
