Rheebridge, the award-winning property developer and investor helmed by investment guru David Rapley, is actively seeking new investment opportunities in the Cambridge area, alongside an exciting new luxury apartment development, Park View House, overlooking Parker’s Piece.
Following the successful sale of its stake-holding in Laragh House Developments in 2020, Rheebridge is excited about expanding its portfolio of projects and investments in 2021 and beyond. Julia Vincent, who has been with Rheebridge since 2010 and was promoted to Business Development Director in 2020, is looking forward to playing an integral part in the growth of the business, overseeing future projects and establishing relationships with new Business Partners.

The latest addition to the in-house team is Charlotte Houlihan, who joined the team in March as PA to David Rapley and Julia Vincent. Planning permission granted for Regent’s Terrace redevelopment
Rheebridge has been granted planning permission to transform an area of Regent Terrace, Cambridge. The site adjoins the historic Parker’s Piece in the heart of the city, and will replace run-down garages with Park View House, a scheme of luxury apartments and penthouses with terraces.
The comprehensive plans, submitted by Rheebridge in August 2020, were quickly deemed to have met the stringent conditions laid out by Cambridge City Council and permission was received in just five months. Praised as being “highly sustainable,” the Planning report found that the designs were of a very high quality which would “enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation area.”
The proposed development sits near Hobbs House, the award-nominated Rheebridge development which opened in 2014. Speaking of the proposed plans, David Rapley said, “We are so excited about the planned redevelopment at Regent Terrace. Parker’s Piece is a beautiful asset and a beloved green space in the heart of this historic city, and we will treat the privilege of redeveloping this site with the respect it deserves, enhancing the area to allow it to fulfil its potential, just as we achieved with Hobbs House.”
