Several plots of land across Kent are set to be transformed by Bellway this year, with the housebuilder to deliver hundreds of new homes across the county.
The developer is building new homes in Otham, Chatham, Harrietsham, Ashford and Wouldham, with all five new developments set to launch throughout 2019. Bellway is already selling new homes from eight of its developments across Kent.
Mark Harrop, Sales Director for Bellway Kent, said: “We are immensely proud to be delivering a range of much-needed homes developments, building in a number of key locations to provide new housing for people across the county.
“It is very satisfying to see the finished developments, transformed from parcels of land into fully-formed communities of homes and a network of neighbours in new housing schemes, with up to eight developments set to be completed this year alone.
“We are now looking forward to progressing further building work on all our developments in Kent and welcoming more residents into their brand-new homes with Bellway through 2019 and beyond.”
The next Bellway development scheduled to launch in Kent will be at Buckland Rise, a collection of homes being built as part of the newly-formed Peters Village community in Wouldham. Buckland Rise will comprise a mix of one- to four-bedroom houses and apartments.
Further developments to launch in 2019 will include Bicknor Wood in Otham, Crown Fields in Chatham, Bluebell Walk in Harrietsham and Hinxhill Park in Ashford.
