Work has begun on a new collection of properties in the Bedfordshire town of Potton.
Kier Living Eastern is building three, four and five bedroom homes in this vibrant town, close to local amenities and open countryside with the added bonus of excellent transport links.
Cutting the first turf at the site Nick Moore, managing director for Kier Living Eastern, said: “We are delighted to be building in this key location. This development has been designed to make sure every home has a spacious plot and there are plenty of mature shrubs and trees which add to the rural feel.
“Every Kier Living home is designed, constructed and finished to exacting standards and I am sure these homes in Potton will be ideal for modern lifestyles and will stand the tests of time. Work on site is progressing well and we hope to start selling these homes early in 2017.”
The development of 31 homes is just off Biggleswade Road, close to Potton’s lively centre, home to a beautiful Georgian Market Square, supermarkets, GP, Post Office and other independent retailers.
