Two showhomes have been opened at Treetops, Matlock – the latest development from HBF 5 star housebuilder William Davis Homes.
Doors to the Longford and the Chatsworth opened last month (March 2018) and sales consultants, Stephanie Holland and Fiona Truman have welcomed a constant stream of visitors. “News that we opened the showhomes generated a huge influx of new visitors, all eager to see the quality, craftsmanship and modern layouts that make Treetops the best address in Matlock,” said Stephanie.
Designed and furnished by Birmingham-based Edward Thomas Interiors, the four bedroom Longford and five bedroom Chatsworth have contrasting styles. The Longford adopts a contemporary and natural design, with rustic wooden furniture, textured wallpaper and a striking colour palette of pinks and greys with teal accents. In the Chatsworth, the interiors are extremely elegant and opulent, emulating the feel of a boutique hotel, with nautical colours running throughout.

The Chatsworth in particular has plenty of open space in the entranceway and second floor landing, so we’ve been able to incorporate more unusual pieces like decorative radiator covers to make these inviting and welcoming.”
Treetops features a collection of 14 different house types. Located partly in a conservation area yet with access to Matlock town centre, homes at Treetops include two to five bedroom properties.
