Two new showhomes were unveiled at a housing development in Ripley at the beginning of August.
The two properties – the four-bedroom Angelica and the three-bedroom Clematis at Ashberry Homes’ Amber Rise – have been decorated and furnished by an expert interior design team and will be able to view by appointment.
Amber Rise, which is located off Whiteley Road, is providing 132 homes for private sale, alongside 11 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Heidi Higgins, Sales Manager for Ashberry Homes East Midlands, said: “We have been looking forward to opening the doors to our new showhomes at Amber Rise and welcoming visitors to the site, and were delighted to see so many visitors attend their appointments over the launch weekend.
“Both properties give prospective purchasers the chance to get a good sense of the spacious layout and high quality of construction of typical homes at the development.
“By visiting, they can also appreciate Amber Rise’s great location in the attractive market town of Ripley, ideally situated to give easy access to both the Derbyshire countryside and surrounding towns and cities.
“The site benefits from easy access to the A38 and A610 for travel to Derby, Nottingham or Mansfield, making it appealing to commuters.
“Meanwhile, families can benefit from not only the variety of high-quality properties available, but also from the choice of well-regarded schools in the local area.”
Amber Rise comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices currently starting at £249,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached property.
This site is part of a joint scheme with Bellway, providing 400 homes across the two developments.
