Yorkshire housebuilder Avant Homes has unveiled its new showhome at its £13.5m Chaucer’s Green development in Hatfield, Doncaster.
At the 72-home development buyers can now view the three-bedroom Foxbridge showhome. The entrance to The Foxbridge opens into a spacious hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen and dining area to the rear of the home, which is complete with bi-fold doors that open onto a landscaped garden. The ground floor also includes separate living space, a downstairs cloakroom and storage.
Upstairs includes three bedrooms and a generous family bathroom. The master bedroom also boasts an en-suite shower room with full-height tiling.
