Generator Group has unveiled its show home at Laureate Fields in Ferry Road, Old Felixstowe.
The contemporary three-bedroom property is now open to prospective homeowners and has been finished to the highest of standards by designers Haus Interiors. Features of note include an impressive open plan living area with engineered oak flooring, a galleried landing and a vaulted ceiling with skylight.
A German engineered kitchen includes stone worktops, Bosch integrated appliances, and a built-in wine cooler. Bathrooms feature Duravit ceramic sanitaryware with high quality chrome fittings and large wall mounted mirrors. There is also a master bedroom with dressing area.
Max Turner, from the new homes team at Savills Ipswich, which is marketing the properties, said: “Laureate Fields is unlike anything we currently have available and the opening of the show home has been highly anticipated. Visitors will be able to get a real sense of how the homes will look and experience first-hand just how unique they actually are. The open plan living space is particularly impressive – with lots of natural light that gives a bright and airy feel throughout.”
Generator is currently building 197 new homes at Laureate Fields. The properties will be a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, with prices available on application.
Paul Isaacs, Managing Director of Generator Group, said: “We’re very excited about the launch of the show home and can’t wait to show people just how special these properties are. They will be finished to an incredibly high specification with a modern design that’s sensitive to the surrounding area – yet fit for the demands of 21st Century living.”
