PH Homes’ second luxury development in Henbury near Macclesfield, Heys Green, has been launched.
Named to reflect the way its nine five-bedroomed homes and trio of three-bedroomed cottages will be arranged around a ‘village green’, Heys Green is the latest addition to the developer’s collection. The location – until recently an agricultural contractor – is at the end of a long private drive, and will offer residents private access to around seven acres of surrounding pasture woodland, pond and a small lake.
The homes themselves will feature traditional Cheshire styling with slate roof, rustic brick detailing and gravel drives, while inside the specification will be to PH’s renowned standards. This includes, for example, ultrafast fibre broadband, landscaping, home security systems, and an electric vehicle charging point.
