Following the success of the initial phases of its Phoenix Place development, Derbyshire-based housebuilder Peveril Homes has now revealed the launch date for The Avenue – the final phase at Phoenix Place, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Opening to the public on Saturday 26th January, The Avenue features 18 new-build two-, three- and four-bedroom properties, designed to appeal to a range of buyers from upsizers to downsizers and growing families. Help to Buy is available on all plots.
Speaking about the latest phase, Peveril Homes’ Director of Sales and Marketing Alison Kendall said: “The Avenue at Phoenix Place has been designed to accommodate purchasers of all ages and requirements, with its wide range of properties, prime location and great facilities on its doorstep,”
She continued: “As with all developments in our portfolio, quality comes first, and we have received a significant number of enquiries already for properties at The Avenue. We look forward to welcoming the public to the official launch on the 26th January.”
As well as The Avenue at Phoenix Place, Peveril Homes will launch a further two sites in 2019 – Silk Fields in Mickleover and The Lodges at Woodcroft, Moira.
