Peveril Homes adds an ‘outdoor / nature-loving’ element to its latest development in the National Forest.
Peveril Homes has incorporated fruit hedges, natural planting and a wildflower meadow into its latest development in the village of Moira to bring nature closer to the doorstep of its new 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom new homes.
Woodcroft, in the village of Moira less than five miles from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, is situated in the heart of the National Forest, and Peveril has ensured it development of houses and 2 bedroom bungalows has been designed around its unique setting.
“Woodcroft is in a fantastic location so it was important that we carefully considered the surroundings in our design of the development,” explained Peveril Homes Sales and Marketing Director, Alison Kendall. “We’ve collaborated closely with the National Forest in order to create special areas aimed at bringing residents together to experience the pleasure of nature and the outside – complete with fruit hedges, natural planting and a wildflower meadow.
