Nottingham-based housebuilder, Peter James Homes, has opened two new showhomes at its latest development – Pentrich Fields in Giltbrook, Nottinghamshire.
Two brand new show homes – the Aspen and the Alder, both 3-bed detached properties – were unveiled by Peter James, MD Simon Gardiner on Saturday 9th September, before a steady stream of visitors stepped through the doors throughout the weekend.
Pentrich Fields is Peter James’ largest development to date, with 91 2, 3 and 4-bed contemporary new homes set to be built over the next two years, completing around spring 2019.
Agents William H Brown have been delighted with its popularity from the outset. “Since the plans for Pentrich Fields first became public, we’ve been inundated with enquiries and early reservations, with the great location being a real selling point for families and commuters in particular,” said William H Brown’s Samantha Hancox-Heal who’s based at the site’s purpose-built marketing suite. “We’ve had a huge amount of visitors to the show homes over the launch weekend with many commenting how great it was to view properties that were so new and different.”
With their distinctive features, such as eye-catching colourful cladding and large windows, together with spacious internal layouts, Peter James Homes – the housebuilding division of civil engineering firm McCann – has gained a positive reputation for its property designs following earlier developments in Ravenshead and East Leake in the East Midlands.
