Construction work is progressing well at a new housing development in Rochford, with a new phase of homes recently launched by Ashberry Homes.
Elizabeth Gardens is a collection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses being built by Ashberry Homes off Hall Road, to the west of Rochford. With around 170 houses sold already on phase one, work has now started on the next phase of homes.
The first plots within the new phase were released for sale at the launch, and visitors were also able to take a tour of a new view home now open on site to get an insight into the typical properties available.
Ashberry Homes Essex Sales Manager, Kate Mills, said: “We’ve now only got a few three and four-bedroom houses left for sale from the initial build of 183 houses at Elizabeth Gardens, so we’re now looking forward to this new phase which will provide a further 200 new homes for the local community.
“Homes here have been selling particularly quickly, thanks to the development’s fantastic location. It’s close to a great little town with a railway station within walking distance, and there’s a beautiful stretch of coastline and peaceful countryside on the doorstep.”
Elizabeth Gardens will eventually become part of a larger new development on the outskirts of Rochford, with developers also contributing to a new primary school, road enhancements and public open space.
