New four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows have been released for sale at the bespoke Hayfield Grange development in the Warwickshire market town of Southam.
The new release includes the much-anticipated two-bedroom Napton bungalow, priced at £375,000. The four-bedroom Southam and Hallow designs are also newly released, each priced at £445,000. All of the homes on the scheme are eligible for the Government’s Help-to-Buy initiative, which enables purchasers to buy a new home with just a five per cent deposit. 20 per cent of the sales price can be covered by a Government loan, with a homeowner mortgage required for 75 per cent of the value.
