Launch of Ellesmere Port show homes at 171-home development in Cheshire by Macbryde Homes.
A new housing development in Ellesmere Port has unveiled three new show homes with the housebuilder reporting a ‘very warm welcome’ from visitors. The launch event built upon the demand that has been experienced since sales were launched three months previously.
Oakley Park, located on a 12-acre brownfield site off Cromwell Road, consists of 171 two, three and four-bedroom freehold homes and has been developed by St Asaph-based Macbryde Homes. The show homes which were launched were the three-bedroom, semi-detached ‘Huxley’; the three-bedroom detached ‘Kingston’; and the four-bedroom detached ‘Beaumont’. When completed, the development will consist of a total of nine different house types.
Speaking at the launch weekend, Caryl Russell, Sales & Marketing Manager for Macbryde Homes, said: “The homes we’re developing at Oakley Park are the first to be made available for open market sale in Ellesmere Port for almost five years and ever since launching the sales office in April, we’ve enjoyed considerable interest. In fact, we’ve already secured 25 reservations of the first release of 30 properties, so we anticipated the show home launch being a success.
“We’ve welcomed over 100 interested viewers over this weekend which serves as a stark reminder of just how desperately needed new starter and family homes are in this area.”
Oakley Park is located near to the UK’s largest designer outlet village at Cheshire Oaks. It is walking distance to Ellesmere Port train station and has good transport links to the rest of the North West.
