Housebuilder Mulberry Homes has launched its sixth development in Bedfordshire, bringing new homes to Clifton. Situated on Broad Street, Clifton Gardens will consist of a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
Clifton Gardens will be the sixth development Mulberry has built in the county and will join Maulden Ridge and Manor Heath, in Leighton Buzzard, which were launched in spring 2021.
Kerry Jones, Sales and Marketing Director at Mulberry Homes, said: “We are thrilled to be continuing our success within Bedfordshire and providing local property seekers with a brand-new collection of homes that they can feel proud to call theirs.
“At Mulberry Homes, we are committed to investing in and supporting the communities where we build our new homes. With this in mind, we have designed Clifton Gardens to include a range of built-in features which benefit hedgehogs, barn owls and a variety of other birds, ensuring that the local wildlife is able to live happily and healthily.
“Clifton Gardens will also benefit from our industry-leading ‘The Mulberry Way’ initiative, which includes electric car charging points and automated smart parcel delivery boxes. By integrating sustainable features into our development from the very beginning, we will be creating a wonderful community that promotes residents’ wellbeing.
“As a developer with exciting growth plans, Clifton Gardens is a great milestone in our progress and we’re delighted to have launched the development from our nearby site in Maulden.”
This year, Mulberry Homes is celebrating its 10th anniversary. To honour the occasion, the housebuilder is running a campaign in which each month it is donating £1000 to a different local charity or public organisation nearby to its developments.
