The second phase of works has begun at the Corby urban extension known as Priors Hall Park in Northamptonshire.
During this second phase, Lovell Partnerships will develop 45 homes over the next 13 months on behalf of the Riverside Housing.
In total, the Priors Hall Park community will offer around 5,300 homes built alongside 25.5 acres for recreation including footpaths and cycle networks as well as more than 15 acres of employment space, plus four schools and three retail areas.
Lovell Partnerships will be responsible for the urban extensions first affordable housing provision, having committed to delivering 26 homes under the shared ownership scheme on phase one through Riverside Housing, which further supports the need for cost-effective properties in Northamptonshire.
