Kier begins work on new homes in Buckinghamshire

Work has started at Farrendon Court, a charming collection of 30 three, four and five-bedroom family homes from Kier Living Eastern in the idyllic Buckinghamshire village of Aston Clinton.

Kier Living Eastern sales and marketing director David Thomas said: “Aston Clinton is a beautiful village with a lot to offer the new homeowner and we know Farrendon Court will fit in perfectly. Homes here will be built to a high specification and are sure to appeal to a wide variety of buyers looking to live in this beautiful location.”

Aston Clinton is included in the Domesday Book as Estone, or eastern estate, and today is a thriving, modern village with a wonderful sense of community spirit. At Farrendon Court there will be a variety of different house designs available including stylish three storey townhouses.

David Thomas continued: “We expect demand to be high for these new homes and would urge homebuyers to register their interest and find out first what is going to be available.”

Showhomes will be ready to view in Spring with first completions expected later in the year.
