Kentish Projects, based in Kent, are bringing 21 new homes with 6 designated as affordable, to the market in the prime rural area of Seal near Sevenoaks and situated within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The site is just over 3.5 acres and comprises a number of buildings, including an impressive Grade II Listed Oast House at the forefront of the site.
The Oast House is a late nineteenth century three storey building with close-jointed Kentish ragstone elevations.
There are six attached roundels, two at each end and two to the rear, with a symmetrical front elevation.
Other buildings on site include the farmhouse and cottage. Chris Lynch of Kentish Projects says “this is an exciting project that will allow Kentish Projects to showcase another quality development that is sought after and sympathetic to its rural surroundings and heritage in the South East of England”
