Following the launch of its three new showhomes and sales office, Keepmoat Homes is now welcoming the public onto its £100m site in Leyland.
Comprising of 520 homes when complete, Farington Mews will boast two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. 96 of the homes will be made affordable which will be delivered in partnership with Onward Homes.
Phase 1 , which is underway, will consist of 308 new homes, with properties on sale and three showhomes; The Neston, The Danbury and The Bamburgh now available to be viewed by the public either on site or virtually on Keepmoat Homes’ website.
