Showcasing its Signature Collection, Jones Homes has opened the doors to a new four-bedroom show home at it development in Eastchurch.
The four-bedroom Hartford Regent II home showcases the design features and specification of the company’s ‘Signature Collection’.
The Signature Collection can only be found in select developments, the first being Kingsborough Manor. One of the differences in the Signature Collection is that all the homes are built with a garden room, creating an area of light and space.

Outside, wide, paved driveways and large gardens come as standard with the Signature Collection, while inside, the housebuilder has created open-plan layouts.
