Homes now available to reserve at new Ramsey development

Leading Cambridgeshire housebuilder David Wilson Homes has released the first collection of homes at its Ramsey Park development on Biggin Lane.

The selection of three, four and five bedroom homes will be the first chance for keen house hunters to secure their place at the development. As the onsite marketing suite and show homes are set to launch this summer, the properties are currently available at the development’s sister site, David Wilson Homes @ Warboys.

The development will bring a collection of 188 new homes, which will suit a range of buyers including first time buyers, working professionals and growing families.

Alongside this, the development will also underpin over 375 local jobs in the area and will bring significant investment to the area.

Ramsey will provide excellent commuter links for working professionals being less than 13 miles from Peterborough and less than 24 miles from Cambridge.

Jason Hearn, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said, “We are delighted to announce that the first homes are now on sale at our Ramsey Park development.

“As with every development we build, the location has been chosen with the customer in mind. The development offers residents easy access to great local amenities and commuter links.

“We have already received a high level of interest for the site, so would advise anyone who does want to secure their dream home here to book an appointment with our sales team and find out more about what’s on offer.”

There are many natural attractions near the development, including Holme Fen National Nature Reserve, Lattersey Field, Gildenburgh Water and Kings Dyke Nature Reserve.

There are a range of amenities just a mile away including a post office, shops, restaurants, pubs, a bakery, coffee shops, doctors, dentist, vets, and a supermarket.

Also within two miles are Ofsted rated ‘Good’ schools available for children aged 4-18. Just 14 miles away is Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough with a wealth of popular shops and restaurants.
