Just a handful of homes remain for sale at Bellway’s Baswich Grange development in Stafford as construction work nears completion on the site.
Bellway has delivered 111 homes at Baswich Grange, which occupies part of the former Staffordshire Police headquarters site off Cannock Road, with the final homes being the four bed, three-storey Elton house type, priced at £299,500.
Meanwhile, construction is continuing at neighbouring Berswick Manor, a development of a further 30 four and five-bedroom detached houses on the remaining part of the site, where the first residents will be welcomed to their new homes this month [January].
Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Baswich Grange has been a popular development with buyers and with just a few homes left for sale, the scheme will be completely sold out soon.
Berswick Manor is an exclusive development of four and five-bedroom houses, located north of Baswich Grange, off Weeping Cross. Prices here currently start from £525,995 for a five-bedroom detached home, with more homes to be released for sale in 2021.
Marie said: “It is a stylish new development close to the centre of Stafford, with a limited number of premium homes available.
“Following the success of Baswich Grange, which highlights the high demand for new homes in Stafford, we are expecting the homes at Berswick Manor to be just as popular with buyers.”
