Planning permission has been granted for a new development of 19 executive homes in the village of Kirklevington, near Yarm.
Award-winning house builder Duchy Homes has gained approval for its proposal to build a collection of five-bedroom detached homes and two-bedroom affordable bungalows on former agricultural land in Kirklevington.
The new development, named Highgrove, has been designed to provide generous family homes with contemporary interiors in attractive brick designs featuring render highlights and stone detailing.
Work has now commenced on site in anticipation for a sales launch of the Highgrove development in early 2019.
