Two parcels of land in Alpraham have been acquired by Duchy Homes, with the housebuilder looking to build 29 new homes.
The two parcels of land to the south of the A51 between Nantwich and Chester already have outline planning permission for residential development and Derby-based Duchy Homes is now preparing its Reserved Matters submission, for 29 high-quality family homes, including six affordable houses.
The proposed plans include the provision of a new Parish Hall, a community orchard and improvements to the existing playing field.
A planning decision is expected for this site by the end of the year, with construction planned to commence in early 2019.
