Crest Nicholson has unveiled its new ‘Dartford’ show home at Morton Park, in the village of Wavendon, Milton Keynes. The four-bedroom home has been crafted by interior designers, Abode, to complement the busy lifestyles of modern-day families.
Jon Pilling, Design Director at Abode, commented: “We wanted to create a contemporary family home with a design-led aesthetic which connected each room in the house. We used structured furniture and a geometric design which adapted to the individual rooms, taking advantage of the whole space. We mixed tan leathers with inky blues, which added depth throughout, while ensuring the two designated children’s bedrooms were sophisticated with an urban twist. With many people now working remotely, we purposefully built a separate bespoke double office on the ground floor which features a floating double desk and storage unit above.”
