‘The Paddocks’ in Longton has been announced as Create Homes fifth residential development in South Ribble.
Create Homes has acquired its fifth housing development in South Ribble, following the successful completion of their two sites in Inskip; Ash Meadows and St Petersfield’s. Situated on the old Equestrian Centre in Longton, four miles from Preston, The Paddocks is a rural development of nine executive properties, providing a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom detached homes.
The development has been designed to offer large plots, provide spacious living, both inside and out, with countryside views. The Paddocks will include Create Homes’ house types the ‘Bowgreave’ and the ‘Sowerby’, as well as the newest style house to be added to the Create Homes portfolio, the ‘Brock’.
All nine properties will offer high levels of specification as standard throughout – including Siematic kitchens by Stuart Frazer; integrated Neff appliances; oak veneered doors, security systems and a fully fenced & turfed rear garden.
Andrew Wright, Managing Director for Create Homes commented: “Following on from the success of our first developments in Inskip, we are delighted with our acquisition of this new exclusive development site in South Ribble. It is an exciting addition to our expanding portfolio, and we look forward to welcoming families to their new homes in this fantastic semi-rural location early next year.”
The acquisition is part of Create Homes extended portfolio with work also due to start on the company’s other developments – ‘The Farriers’ and ‘St William’s Gate’ – which are due to market in 2020
