The four-bedroom Aldwych showhome has been unveiled at Bellway’s Oakley Park development, off St Johns Way, in Edenbridge.
A mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments and two to five-bedroom homes are being built at the development.
Mark Harrop, Sales Director for Bellway Kent, said: “It’s great to open a showhome at Oakley Park, so visitors to the site can get a real feel for the quality and space of a Bellway home. The Aldwych is a particularly popular housetype so it was the natural choice for us to unveil as a showhome.
“Oakley Park is a very busy site, so I would encourage anyone interested to visit the development to explore our showhome and find out more about the homes being built here at their earliest opportunity.”
The Aldwych showhome is a four-bedroom house, designed to maximise space and has been decorated with shades of grey, blue and pinks throughout. The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate living room and study. Upstairs, a landing leads to each of the four bedrooms – one of which has an en-suite – and a large family bathroom.
