Avant Homes has unveiled a stylish new showhome at its Burnell Park development in Haddington based on the Durham house type.
The £24.7m development comprises a diverse collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes with a range of stylish properties to suit a wide variety of buyers, from terraced properties to detached houses.

As part of Avant Homes’ aim to challenge the conventions of the housebuilding sector, kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces and all fixtures and fittings in all the company’s house types have been carefully considered. The housebuilder offers Hotpoint’s Class 9 cooking collection as part of its integrated home and kitchen appliances as standard. It has also established a partnership with London-based tile retailer Designworks which has created an exclusive collection for Avant Homes of over 50 wall and floor tile options across five design schemes.
Kitchens come in a choice of 19 colour palettes and master bedrooms feature shaker-style fully fitted wardrobes in designs exclusive to the housebuilder.
