All the Linden Homes properties at Vistry Group’s Blacksmith’s Green location in Ruddington have been sold just over a year after the development’s launch.
Blacksmith’s Green includes a mix of 39 three, four and five-bedroom homes sold on the private market alongside 17 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership, and occupies a 6.4-acre site south of Flawforth Lane in the village.
Construction started on site in 2021 and the first properties were released for sale in October last year. With all plots now sold, the final houses are due to be ready for their new owners to move into this year.
Freya Halsall, marketing manager for Vistry Mercia, said: “Blacksmith’s Green has been incredibly popular, with all the properties sold here in just over a year.
“Buyers have been attracted to this very desirable location which combines village life with easy access to Nottingham city centre, just six miles away.
“Ruddington itself enjoys a rural setting but offers plenty of amenities on the doorstep such as shops, pubs, and a community centre, while Rushcliffe Country Park, a 210-acre conservation area with a lake and a large playground for children, is just over a mile away.
“The quality of the Linden Homes properties which Vistry is building here has also been a significant factor in the brisk sales we’ve seen.
“For people who’ve missed out, we are providing more new homes in the area under both the Linden Homes and Bovis Homes brands in nearby Edwalton.”
Vistry is building new homes at Edwalton Fields, off Melton Road, Edwalton, which lies just over two miles away from Ruddington.
