Luxury housebuilder Alfred Homes has embarked upon its first development collaboration with Earlsgate, a Finchatton Group company.
This joint project will comprise 10 apartments and two impressive detached villas, located on Winchester’s landmark Chilbolton Avenue.

A second joint project is already in the pipeline: a development of five detached new homes in the village of Barton Stacey, on the outskirts of Winchester, with construction due to start later in the year.
