An award-winning housebuilder has confirmed it has completed on a proposed development of 273 new homes in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.
Redrow Thames Valley has completed on a 33-acre site off Churchway in Haddenham, just six miles south-west of Aylesbury. With outline planning consent in place, the housebuilder expects to build a selection of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, providing both private and affordable housing for the area.
With a reserved matters planning application set for submission in early 2021, construction at the development is anticipated to commence in Autumn 2021, with interested parties encouraged to register their details now to ensure they are among the first to hear when properties are released for sale.
As part of Redrow Homes Thames Valley’s commitment to creating thriving communities, the housebuilder has also committed to circa £4.8m by way of S106 contributions.
Charles Rafferty, Land Director for Redrow Thames Valley, said: “We’re excited to announce the completion of land in Haddenham and to be bringing a variety of new homes to the area.
“Here at Redrow, we strive to create sustainable, thriving communities at each of our developments, through building high-quality homes and investing in the local area, which is why we will be contributing circa £4.8m into the surrounding community.
“Although it is early days, we anticipate that the development will be extremely popular with families, both growing and established, and we invite potential buyers to register their interest now to be one of the first to know when plots at this wonderful development are released.”
Located just six miles from Aylesbury and with key travel routes within easy reach, the new development will offer village surroundings combined with a well-connected location, making it perfectly placed for first-time buyers, growing families and commuters alike. Oxford is just a stone’s throw away, and both the A41 and M40 are easily accessible.
