Work has begun to prepare for a new development of 184 homes in Bentley, Doncaster.
The new Hastings Place development, less than three miles north of Doncaster city centre, is a multi-million investment by Persimmon Homes Yorkshire.
The builder says the site will feature a mix of contemporary two, three and four bedroom homes and its close proximity to major road and rail networks adds to its appeal.
Kevin Thubron, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, commented: “We believe the extensive choice of house styles at Hastings Place will appeal to a range of buyers.
“Just a short distance from the city centre and in walking distance to a rail station, Bentley has its own sense of community.
“And the nearby schools, academies, shops, community hall and park make Hastings Place a very attractive place to set up home.”
A range of schemes will also be available to help buyers move into their home, including the Government-backed Help to Buy, Persimmon’s Part Exchange and Home Change packages.
The Persimmon sales team are expected to be on hand from May and the developer is expecting to welcome the first residents into their new homes this autumn.
“We would encourage any customers interested in Hastings Place to register their interest so we can keep them up-to-date with the sites’ development,” concluded Kevin.
