Construction is underway on 24 new homes in the village of Harthill where Jones Homes Yorkshire is building its Hillside Green development.
The development will include a selection of four- and five-bedroom properties, alongside six two- and three-bedroom homes designated as affordable housing.
The first homes are due to be released for sale in September, with the first completions scheduled for March next year.

David Ruffley, Regional Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “We are pleased to have started work in Harthill and are looking forward to releasing these homes for sale this autumn. We know this development will provide much-needed private and affordable housing in the area.”
Jones Homes is currently building new homes near Harthill at Van Dyk Village in Clowne, as well as at sites in Worksop, Bolsover and Harworth.
