Bancon Construction expands into Inverness

Bancon Construction has secured a raft of new contracts worth more than £20million, including significant wins in Inverness.

The company has been awarded affordable housing contracts in Inverness with Albyn Housing for 46 units at Torbreck and 36 units at Kinmylies for Highland Council, as well as 12 units for Angus Council in the village of Newtyle.

It has also been awarded a contract to convert the former Inverness College into the Highland’s first major creative hub on behalf of Wasp Studios.

Gavin Currie, Managing Director of Bancon Construction said “These are significant new business wins and we are delighted to be working with both new clients and valued repeat customers.

Based at Burnett House in Banchory, Bancon Construction has a turnover of £35million, 90 employees and a 40-year history.
