Studio Echo bathroom collection launched by Ideal Standard

Ideal Standard has launched Studio Echo, its elegant mid-century, residential bathroom collection.

The new suite of ceramic products is the evolution of the company’s most renowned range, Studio which was first launched in 1986. Three decades on Studio Echo builds on the same design methodology as its predecessor and, the company hopes, it will become another classic for the residential market.

Award-winning design group, Studio Levien, created the comprehensive, trend-led range of products designed to balance beautiful aesthetics with the practicalities of a family bathroom.

Robin Levien, partner at Studio Levien, commented on the collection: “Studio Echo has some of the same DNA as the original Studio collection, making it robust and easy-to-live with. It is completely up-to-date, while echoing the simple lines and affordability that made Studio part of our design heritage.”

Leanne Martin, Head of Product, Ideal Standard, added: “Studio Echo offers a solution for every home, with a range of compatible options to suit new-build projects of any size. Our Ceraflex range of fittings as well as our Tempo baths perfectly complement the suite, creating elegant environments in today’s modern homes.”

With a lighter, understated appearance, Studio Echo has been created to survive decades of use. It is more refined, the shapes are pure and organic, toilets are smaller and seats thinner, with wall-mounted options giving a clean and contemporary look.

For those designing smaller bathrooms, Studio Echo, also features a corner hand rinse basin and a short projection close-coupled back-to-wall toilet maximises the use of space. Blending in with most interior styles, it is compatible with the Ideal Standard Tempo semi-countertop and wc furniture options.
