Sigma Homes has launched its £10m Spring Bank development, consisting of 20 energy efficient homes, located on the edge of Haywards Heath, in West Sussex.

Two of the properties will be sold as ‘First Homes’, enabling first time buyers to benefit from a discount of at least 40% off the property value, which is then applied in perpetuity.

The 3.1 acres site is accessed off Lunce’s Hill, to the south of Haywards Heath – a town which has seen its status as a desirable commuter base soar in recent years.
