Trade kitchen supplier, Howdens, has refreshed its Lamona appliance range with new designs and finishes across cooking, cooling, drying and washing.
Focus has been given to the design of Lamona cooking appliances, with oven handles now blending into the oven background giving the appearance of being handleless whilst still offering the advantage of a handle. Attention has also been given to the oven knobs which now have a knurled edge, while displays are in white.
New technology includes self-cleaning functionality with the Lamona Pyrolytic Oven that uses high temperature to turn grease and residual food into ash in two hours for easy cleaning.
Lamona also offers freestanding appliances including a Retro Fridge Freezer. With a total capacity of 340 litres, the Retro Fridge Freezer – available in cream and black – also features frost-free technology.
Tony Harvey, Head of Appliances at Howdens, said: “There is a growing demand amongst homeowners for appliances to go above and beyond their expected use and to actually make their lives easier, particularly when it comes to saving them time.
“The newly relaunched Lamona brand offers the technology and style to do that, which in turn should help tradespeople include more appliances within their kitchen projects.”
